Author Guidelines
The International Journal of Applied Research and Technology (IJART) welcomes original research that has not been published elsewhere. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process.
1. Manuscript Preparation
- Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.
- Format: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Structure: A typical paper should include: Title, Abstract (200-250 words), Keywords (4-6), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Length: Original research papers should ideally be between 3,000 and 6,000 words, including references.
2. Citation and Referencing
IJART follows the APA (American Psychological Association) referencing style. Please ensure all in-text citations match the reference list at the end of the document.
3. Tables and Figures
- All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and include descriptive captions.
- Images should be of high resolution (at least 300 dpi).
- Ensure that all figures and tables are cited within the main text.
4. Ethical Requirements
- Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
- Research involving human or animal subjects must include a statement of ethical approval from the relevant institutional board.
- All authors must have significantly contributed to the research and agreed to the submission.
5. Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through our Online Submission System. Upon submission, authors will receive an acknowledgment email with a unique Manuscript ID for tracking purposes.
6. Article Processing Charges (APC)
As an open-access journal, IJART requires an Article Processing Charge upon acceptance of the manuscript to cover publication and hosting costs. Detailed information can be found on our APC Page.
